Service. It's a truism of the

membership in the Hilton Head Area Association of Realtors and the Multiple
Listing Service, your home will be exposed to more than 1400 area Realtors®
through the MLS computerized information system.
Real Estate Tour. Every Wednesday, and Thursday, the Multiple
Listing Service conducts a property tour - called the Island Tour, and Off
Island Tour - to showcase new properties to all its members.This is one of the best ways to get agent
exposure for your lot, home, or villa among the real estate community.
Internal
Marketing. Every week, The
Sea Pines Real Estate Company conducts a sales meeting for the 115 sales
executives.At this meeting, your
property will be introduced to our sales executives and an information sheet,
containing the most outstanding features of your property, will be distributed
by us.
Networking. With over 28 years of experience the Crews /
Hahn Team has maintained an extensive network of contacts worldwide.Potential buyers with criteria matching your
property will be informed of its availability immediately through an e-mailed
broadcast newsletter.
Direct Mail
Marketing. Because your
neighbors are often an excellent source of leads, a direct mail piece will be
sent to residents in your area, or an area of our choice informing them of your
property’s availability.We will also
send mail pieces to various individuals and groups who have shown interest in
property like yours.
Office Walk-Ins. The Crews / Hahn Team operates

Sea Pines
Center, Professional
Building and Rose Hill. To capture
the interest of passers by, we prominently display real estate information
sheets with photos in windows, kiosks and pin up boards at these

day. Recently the Multiple Listing Service has provided an Internet feature to
all Realtors® that maintain personal websites. Through broker reciprocity each
Realtor® can show all available properties in the Multiple Listing System on
their individual website. We also participate in broker reciprocity at

Print Advertising.
The Crews / Hahn Team also places advertising in a variety of
publications including four color magazines like the Island Real Estate
Magazine, Portfolio, Homes of Hilton Head, and the Bluffton Breeze. We also
advertise in the local newspapers like The Island Packet, and Bluffton Today.
